Where does Milkycases ship to?

We ship to all countries where payment can be processed at checkout. This includes countries like Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, and many more. You can refer to the detailed shipping fee table for specific regions and costs.

 

Where does Milkycases ship from?

Milkycases now has three international warehouses based in Australia, Singapore, and the UK. We ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible and dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on stocking status.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders not meeting the free shipping threshold of $35, the shipping costs are as follows:

  • $3 for many countries including Singapore, UAE, Turkey, Australia, and most European countries.
  • $5 for countries like Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Chile, United States, Canada, and Mexico.
  • $8 for countries including Saudi Arabia, Colombia, South Africa, and Morocco.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc.). You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if we can catch it in time, we will help to update your order. Please reach out to hello@milkycases.com. If the order is cancelled before shipping, you will get a full refund.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you pay for your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to order tracking details. Sometimes, the carrier takes 3-5 business days to update tracking information.
