Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 72 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, holidays, sales, and pre-order items. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package.

Where does Milkycases ship from?
Milkycases now has three international warehouses based in Singapore, Spain, and the UK. We ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible and dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on stocking status.
When will I receive my order?
We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc.). You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
Then the delivery may take 7-14 Business Days depending on your location and carriers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we can catch it in time, we will help to update your order. Please reach out to hello@milkycases.com. If the order is cancelled before shipping, you will get a full refund.
