Processing Time
Regular Add to Cart orders: 2–3 days
If the product is temporarily out of stock or our team is experiencing high order volume, the “Add to Cart” button may switch to “Pre-Order.”
Pre-Order processing time: 7–10 business days
After your order is processed, we’ll upload your tracking number.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the unique nature of our Lucky Scoops, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email.

We cannot guarantee a packaging video for every order due to high demand. If you’d like one, please purchase our Video Recording Service separately:

Processing Time: Orders need 2-3 business days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days. In rare cases, time may vary slightly.
Delivery Time: Then the delivery may take 7-14 Business Days depending on your location and carriers.

Free Shipping: For all orders exceeding $50, shipping is free. If the order does not meet the free shipping criteria, the shipping fee will be displayed automatically at checkout or can be referenced in the Delivery FAQ.
Tracking Information: All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may vary depending on the shipping origin. Some orders will show updates only after the package arrives in the destination country, and is transferred to the local carrier.
Returns
If you encounter any quality issues with your order and wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at hello@milkycases.com within 14 days of order fulfillment. We will promptly provide instructions for exchanging the product or initiating a refund.
